Iam getting really frustrated. I have follow a under of post regarding fixing this. not of it seems to work, Why does this system when you try to save, or select edit, or orginize pages does it all of a sudden says not responding. I need help please. I believe my computer has all it needs to run a Sincelast night, mine also crashes after a few seconds on my Windows 11 64-bit desktop. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleaned, tried multiple fixes that I've found at this site, and contacted the help line. Nothing works. Itappears to happen completely at random on the Windows 11 machines here -- not on the Windows 10 machines. And only when the pdfs are opened in Acrobat. The main problem is that Acrobat continues to be Not Responding for easily 30sec every time I open a pdf, edit or in any way alter the pdf (eg, Preflight fix).
Thisissue happens when I don't have any PDF running as well as when I want to run a PDF I have version 2020.005.30407 installed. I tried to fix using the help menu, but it doesn't help. I created a new profile with an administrator however, it did not help. I have Adobe Acrobat 2020 pro installed.
Iam running Creative Cloud along with the full version of Acrobat DC. Up until recently all this worked well on this Windows 10 machine. Now, more often than not, when opening a PDF or working with a PDF (editing, form making, optimizing, etc.) I will get a (Not Responding) prompt in the title bar. It seems fairly random and can happen during
Afterstarting Acrobat (whether with or without opening a Document) it would run for around 15 seconds apparently normally. It would then hang / freeze / crash. If I tried to click on anything more than a few times then Windows would report that Acrobat is "Not Responding". It would recover on its own within around another 15 seconds.
