There are a few but none that play full (non arcade/indie) games yet as far as i am aware of. Also i highly doubt anyone has a pc powerful enough to run one, most good pc's struggle to run ps2 emulators efficiently, its going to be a while before ps3 games are even considerable through an emulator.

Oh ok cause I wanted to build a mini-pc emulator console with the UM700 from minisforum, I thought it would be able to run ps3 games. I still do have ps3 games that I wanted to put on the console with some other games I have from Super Nintendo, Nintendo, Dreamcast and so, putting everything I own into one device.
